Here is a set of commands required for the moderator/administrator of the Mailing List.

Edit Automatic Messages: to edit the text of the messages which are sent to the users send an email to:

nomemailinglist-edit@nomedominio.com

leaving the subject and the text of the message empty.

This command will only work if you select the option
for Allowing the remote administrators to edit the files in the directory of the text. Therefore a message will be sent with the instructions on how to edit the text files, so to edit the text of the message sent for the user’s subscription, use the following address:

nomemailinglist-edit.mod_sub@nomedominio.com

Get the List of the Subscribers: to get the list of the users subscribed to your mailing list send an email to:

nomemailinglist-list@nomedominio.com

An email will be sent to the sender moderator with the list of all the subscribers.

See Archive: to use this feature you need to enable the Archive all Messages option, to receive the index of the messages in the archive send an email to:

nomemailinglist-index.inizio_fine@nomedominio.com

Therefore to get for example the index of the messages from the first to number 125 for the list
lista@prova.it you will need to send an email to: lista-index.1_125@prova.it. Whereas to get the entire message/s you need to send an email to:

nomemailinglist-get.inizio_fine@nomedominio.com

It is not possible to send more than 100 messages of the archive at a time.

Trailer: as explained before the trailers are the lines which are added to each email and which often contain common commands. To edit these lines simply use the method used to edit the text files:

nomemailinglist-edit.trailer@nomedominio.com

Also in this case the instructions on how to edit such files will be sent automatically.

Log: the administrator-moderator of the list can request the logs of the mailing list by sending an email to:

nomemailinglist-log@nomedominio.com
