If the name of the domain that you ordered is not correct, you can cancel the order – provided it is 'waiting for payment' – from the Customer Area.
The orders that have been paid for may not be cancelled.
The domain names that have already been registered may not be changed.
IMPORTANT!!! If it is not possible to register the domain, you may use the amount paid to register, transfer or renew another domain name and therefore use it by following the procedure for using a credit.
