If you lose the details for the management of your Domain you can recover them through the link - Aruba Login and Password Recovery - on the Aruba-Hosting site.

By clicking on - Go - you access the - Reset Password - panel, on which you will be able to create a new password in case you lose your old one and recover your Login Details if you forget them.

If you lose your Login Details and follow the recovery procedure, you will receive an email at the Login - contact email address. If you don’t receive the link, the email address might be incorrect. To proceed to verification and updating, the owner of the account should send the Change Contact Email Address Form (filled in correctly) and a copy of his/her valid photo ID to our Customer Care either by:

- opening a ticket
- or by sending a fax to the number +39 0575 862000
