How to change the service activated with the Third level

If you have a Third level which is already active, you can change to any of the other available services at any time from the Customer Area of the website
Once the payment has been registered, we will activate the new service and send an email confirming the activation of the conversion within 24/48 hours.
From three months before the expiry date of the service it will no longer be possible to carry out any changes: this is because it will be possible to renew the domain and during the renewal process
, the conversion is free of charge
: you simply need to carry out a renewal with conversion in order to use the new service right away. 

ATTENTION! The new chosen service will be activated within a few hours after the registration of the payment. It is therefore important to remember that, in this case, the old service will be cancelled before the expiry date of the current year.
