The purpose of a Catch-all account is to receive all the messages sent to non-existent type email addresses. Basically it catches all errors, as by sending an email to a non-existent account, the message is sent to the Catch-all account. If there was no Catch-all email account, the message would go back to the sender with the “non-existent account” error.


In the Email Account Menu of the EMAIL CONTROL PANEL you can decide whether or not to activate a Catch-all account. 

ATTENTION!!! We recommend that you activate the Catch-all option only if strictly necessary, as this type of account collects a lot of spam messages.
