To which category should you assign the ticket

To improve and therefore speed up the response time of support Tickets, a specific category has been created for each service, to which you can assign your request.

Some examples:
  • For problems with emails, the category that you should choose is "Mail, e-mail".
  • For problems with payments of services or billing, you should choose the "Administration/Billing/Payments category".



If the request is assigned to the wrong category, it will be forwarded to the appropriate  department, directly by our Staff.
