Reply-to setting and Sender setting

The Aruba Webmail has two new functions: the Sender setting and the Reply-to setting.

Both functions can be activated and managed by going to the Options -> Preferences menu of the Webmail and selecting the “Activate/Cancel different mail address” option.


THE SENDER SETTING: allows you to select an alternative email address to display as the sender address of sent emails.
If you have purchased the Business Mail service and configured some external accounts, you can even set one of these as the sender allowing you to, not only receive and read messages sent to that specific account, but also provide replies displaying the address of the external account as the sender address.
REPLY-TO SETTING: allows you to set for outgoing messages, an email address for replies that is different to the sender address.
