How to forward the messages sent to one domain Email Account to another automatically

This can be done by selecting the Forward/Auto-reply option found in the Options menu of the Aruba Webmail, or from the account edit section in the Management - Email Account Management menu.

In the form which appears you need to select the “Forward messages to” option and specify the destination email address (up to a maximum of 5, separated by the ‘,’ symbol).

You can activate the Forward feature on each email account.

By selecting the option “Save a copy of the forwarded messages in the incoming mail folder”, a copy of the messages will also be kept in the domain email account (main recipient).

ATTENTION!!! we recommend that you activate this option only if strictly necessary.
