How to access the Customer Area and what you can do from it

From the customer area of the KeyPosition website it is possible to manage the advertising services that you have purchased in connection with your domain.

In particular, from the customer area you can:

  • check the status of the orders;
  • cancel outstanding orders;
  • renew services due to expire;
  • inform Aruba that the website has been published to proceed with the activation of the service;
  • request to change the landing pages published by Aruba (online changes can be requested within 10 days of publication)
  • order new packages for the Aruba Click service;
  • go to the payment page to make online payments or to send Aruba payment details.
