Authorization Code of a domain registered with Aruba, are emailed, following a request, to the contact email address indicated in the Domain Registrant (owner) details.
You can request the code either by:
- Going to the domain Control Panel, in the - Domain Utility -
- Submitting a Ticket from the support website, using the subject - Domain Registration and Transfer-, and logging in with the Login and Password used to manage the Domain in question.
- Sending the Unlock Domain and Authorization Code Request rm duly filled in and signed with front/back copy of the Registrant’s ID card by Fax to +39 0575 862000.
The reply, with the Authorization Code, will only be sent to the contact email address indicated in the Domain Registrant (Owner) Details.
If necessary, additional documentation may be requested before you receive the Authorization Code.

If you are transferring a .it or .eu domain name from another Registrar to Aruba-REG, you will need to get the Authorization Code from your current Registrar and indicate it in your request.
