I have paid for my domain, but the services are not working, what’s happening?

If yours is a domain with extension other than .it and .eu which has just been registered, transferred or renewed, go to the Customer Area at https://hosting.aruba.it, where you will find a list of all the domains connected to your login.


Check if the domain in question is ‘Suspended’ or being ‘Validated’.

If the domain is suspended, all the associated services, including the email accounts, will not be active.

If the domain is in the process of being verified, simply follow the validation process to avoid getting the services suspended.


To avoid getting your domain suspended or to reactivate a suspended domain, you need to follow the verification process of the Registrant details, to confirm the details of the owner.

The verification process can be performed at any time, even after suspension; in this case, once the verification process has been completed, the domain will be reactivated swiftly.
