The Calendar allows you to organize appointments or daily meetings setting a reminder for them and creating invites to send to participants. Managing the Calendar is easy and intuitive:
with the buttons on the right of the panel you can chose one out of three display modes:
daily, weekly and monthly:

Creating an Event

Creating an event is very simple. You just have to click on the date of interest or select the button -NEW EVENT-

The following page will open giving you the possibility to enter all the requested information:

1. Name of the event;
2. Place where the event will take place;
3. Date, Starting Time and Ending Time of the event;
4. Including a Reminder with a specific starting date (optional);
5. Setting the repetition of the Reminder if the event is scheduled to be repeated (optional);
6. Indicate the email addresses of participants for invites:

To complete the operation click on -SAVE EVENT-.

How to Change or Delete an Event

To Change or Delete an Event, double click on the selected event.  A window containing all the editable information already entered will open:

1. Change the number of participants: Click on -Click here- to modify the list of participants;
2. Remove the event: Click on -Delete- to delete:
